The Group stages of the Colm Cooper Cup will commence the last week of April and the first week of May 2025. All games will be played to full rules and are 9v9. Every team in each group will play each other once, with the top two teams going through to the Round of 16.

The schedule for games will be

Round of 64 begins 25th April 2025
Round of 32 begins 24th  May 2025
Round of 16 begins  7th June 2025
Quarter Finals begin 28th  June 2025
Semi-Final begin 19th July 2025

The cup final will take place on Saturday 13th September 2025 in the MDL Grounds on Pitch 4 – KO 15.30
