Dearest Parents and Coaches

 Good communication is the driving force behind any voluntary organisation.

As part of driving this initiative, we will be using a communication and engagement Platform called FlexiBuzz. www.FlexiBuzz.com We have been adapting and trialling FlexiBuzz over a period and believe that it will allow us to engage better with everyone in our football community. It allows us to send messages and alerts and even documents you can sign on your phone! You can set calendar events and reminders, sync to your google calendar and it will even guide you to an exact event location. It has handy links to NECSL Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and NECSL website.

It has 92 language translation feature for posts and forms.

There are lots of features and they are simple to use however you won’t have to use them all, as long as you are receiving info that is a big step forward.

The big bonus for us coaches and administrators is that it will also make life easier and give us more time to drive and develop the sport. We will no longer need to keep numbers on our phone and sending a message to fellow coaches is simply effective and of course free.

• To download FlexiBuzz to your phone.
• Download FlexiBuzz from your app.
• Download the app to your phone, (if you are using iPhone please allow notifications.)

Now do a quick Registration, using your email address and choose a password of your own making.

FlexiBuzz is in the cloud, so this means you can use the same FlexiBuzz account on all your devices and all your information will be synced.

For this purpose please remember your initial registration details, (email address and password) so you can use them on your Phone, Tablet, laptop and PC if required.

1. Once you register, you will see a search icon on the bottom of the page, please tap this.

2. Now type in North Eastern Counties School in the quick find box near the top of the page

3. When the NECSL group comes up, tap on it and it will open showing you a selection.

4. Tap the add box beside all the Age groups that you have children in – you are now fledged members “Welcome to NECSL Community app”

5. Now click back out of the search area and click the icon on the bottom row called the Home page, on the home page tap the Enter Here tab, you are now in the message area

6. Just for the sake of exploring, under the NECSL logo, you will see a slide Bar run your finger sideways on this and you will see useful quick links to our social feeds and Website.
7. Remember you can also download FlexiBuzz to your other devices using the same email and password. You can even log in over the web at https://web.flexibuzz.com

8. There is no need to log out of FlexiBuzz just close on your phone
