Formation Meeting 2014
Reminder Formation meeting Tonight
The NECSL Formation meeting will be held on Monday 18th August 2014 in the Ardboyne Hotel Navan at 8.00 pm sharp.
This meeting applies to Competitive Leagues boys U12 – U17 and girls U14 and U16.
Agenda to follow.
Coaching Leagues will be dealt with at separate meeting in September.

AGENDA
- Roll Call
- Chairman: Referee Allocations, insurance cover etc.
- Child Welfare/Garda Vetting requirements
- Registrar: Team/Player Registrations – procedures, deadlines, non-compliance etc.
- Treasurer: Fees 2014/2015
- Emerging Talent Program
- S.F.A.I. National Cups/F.A.I. Umbro Cups
- Fixtures Secretary: Competitive League structures including girls’ U14/U16 leagues, fixtures/communication procedures, website, social media etc.
- A.O.B.
Please ensure any outstanding monies are paid up prior to OR at meeting.
Please ensure that maximum of 2 officials from each club is represented at the meeting.
Non-attendance may result in a fine.
We intend to finish by 9.30 p.m. at the latest.
A separate meeting for the coaching leagues will be held in September catering for following age groups:
U7 – U11 boys and U8, U10, U12 girls
