Irish Football National Draw – less than 5 weeks left for clubs to order tickets
Now that most clubs have returned from the summer break, it is a key time for planning and fundraising for the year ahead. The Draw is a brilliant way for them to do so and we want to make sure all clubs know about it and have the opportunity to avail of it.
It is an effective and risk free way for clubs to raise vital funds. They don’t have to worry about the prizes, the tickets and the licences, we do all that. What they have to do is sell the tickets. To get involved clubs can order whatever number of tickets they want at a cost of €1.50 each. They then sell them for €10 each making a profit of €8.50 on every ticket they sell. With a bit of work, significant money can be made.
Attached is an information sheet on the draw. For more information or to order tickets clubs can visit www.fai.ie/draw. They can also email nationaldraw@fai.ieif they have a query. The closing date for ordering tickets is September 26th.
