Bohermeen Turn the Sod

A fantastic morning today in Bohermeen when FAI CEO John Delaney was on had to turn the sod on the club’s new pitch.

The last few years Bohermeen have gone from strength to strength and now with over 8 underage teams, their growth continues.  John Delaney paid the club a visit this morning to turn the sod on their new pitches.  A lot of hard work has gone in to getting this far and to help them on their way Mr Delaney presented the club with a donation of €10000 to help them develop their facility.

There were plenty of smiling faces on hand to welcome Mr Delaney on site and we look forward to seeing the new grounds once they are completed. Well done to everyone in Bohermeen on this historic occasion.
