FAI Season Ticket Order Forms – Football Family

The FAI Ticket Office are now taking orders from our Football Family for the 2014/15 Season Ticket. An order booklet has thus been developed specifically for members of clubs, leagues affiliates and all those directly involved in our game.

 Please find this order booklet attached for your use and circulation. The booklet includes an order form plus a form to record the details of the seat holders within the order. The seat holder detail form is optional to complete however we recommend that it is completed to ensure that we have record of all Seat holders, for ease of communication and also to ensure that you are listed on our priority list for away tickets.

 Orders through the enclosed form, allows fans to miss out on bookings fees. It must be noted however that exact seats cannot be selected on the form, only seat category and preferred stand can be listed.
