Footballs

Please see below an email issued from the FAI referees department to all registered referees regarding the new footballs under the PDP

SFAI Cup matches commence across the country this weekend.  In accordance with the FAI Player Development Plan, the new weighted size 5 footballs (370g for U12, U13, & U14) should be used if they are available on site.

However, if the new football is not available on site then the traditional size 4 or 5 as appropriate to the age group can be used.
