For those clubs returning this year, please use the link the system emailed you to edit your existing data set.  I cannot regenerate the link as it is unique to you.

If you have lost your link or are new to the league for 2026, please apply to the league with all relevant data. The link to Apply is

The above is the application deadline.  The portal will close automatically on this date. It will not be reopened for edits until play commences.

9^th February 2026

Formation Meeting for Competitive and Coaching Leagues. Venue TBC

27^th February 2026

Coaching Leagues will play the Last weekend in October and will be fancy dress as usual! 30^th to 31^st October 2026

Free Weekends

Free Weekends can be applied for on link below and must be done 14 days in advance. The system will not allow you to apply outside of this limit. Therefore, late fines will apply if you apply after the 14-day period and are granted a free weekend, as this requires manual intervention.  Also, there is no point selecting a date and saying I don’t want this date off, but I could not select the dates I wanted. This means you were late!

Cup Finals

This year’s Cup Final will occur over the Weekends of 11-13th September 2026, and the cup will start in March.  Dave and I will be doing the draws live on Facebook as usual. First round of the cup is all going to plan, will be the 11^th March 2026

Fees

Upon receipt of your completed application, you will receive 2 invoices for 2026.

Deposit

A 10% deposit is required within 7 days. This will be invoiced separately. If your deposit is not paid, you can attend the formation meeting but can not ask questions or interact during the meeting.

Remaining Fees

One invoice with all your teams on it less the 10% deposit full payment to be made by the 1st May 2026.
