RIP Niall

It was with immense sadness we have learned the news this evening of the passing of our Friend and Committee member Niall Byrne

Niall was heavily involved with the NECSL. Due to ill health, Niall had to step away last August, he was the head coach for the 2006 Boys ETP squad.

At this time Niall was also our kit man and he was a referee with the Meath Branch.

Niall has brought many a squad away to Galway and Kennedy Cups and he loved the game and he enjoyed coaching no end.

We are forever grateful to have had Niall in our lives. He was a total gentleman and a pleasure to be around.

We will miss Niall

As a mark of respect, there will be a minutes silence at all weekend games and all ETP Training will be cancelled for the rest of the week.

We would like to extend our sympathy to all of Niall’s family. RIP Niall
