Coaching League Fixtures 25th-26th September 2015

Welcome back everyone to the 2015-2016 Coaching Leagues.  Below are fixtures for Week 1 in NEFL Grounds Navan.   Below the fixtures are team entries for each age group and time schedule.

 On Friday nights 2 pitches are now available for U10 Boys. Both Johnstown U10 teams will commence Friday nights from Week 2 on. This means that in U10 Boys Section 14 play Friday night and 12 on Saturday.

 U8 Girls play at 9.00 am with U7 Boys.  U10 Girls play at 10.00 am.

 There are 2 sessions for U8 Boys and 3 sessions for U9 Boys.

Dave Murphy will administer the fixtures for both U11 Boys in St Pats School & U12 Girls.

 It was confirmed by FAI & WFAI that the player Development Plan does apply to girls football.

 Prior to the fixtures are updated formats for both Coaching and Competitive Leagues to take account of girls football.

IMPORTANT:
Girls can play a year down on boys teams i.e. a 9 year old girl can play on U8 boys team
Footwear: Moulded studs and moulded blades only. No steel studs, steel blades, astro runners allowed
Shin guards to be worn by all players
No player can play wearing ordinary spectacles for health and safety reasons
BASIC INFORMATION:
All teams must comply with the team sizes appropriate to their age group.
All teams to be on time as all matches have to finish at allotted time.
All teams must have a first-aid kit.
Both footwear and shin-guards rules above are mandatory and managers must insist on their players complying.
If a player turns up with inappropriate footwear then manager must inform player that he/she cannot play.
Comply with the ball regulation appropriate to the age group.
Remember this is a non-competitive league primarily for the children to enjoy and learn.
Please ensure all managers players and supporters comply with NECSL Stewards on match day
Parents, supporters should be on best behaviour encouraging both teams positively
Respect the referee and opposition.
No smoking policy applies around the pitches
FAILURE TO ATTEND GAMES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION WILL RESULT IN CLUB FINE OF 25.00 EURO
NOTIFICATION MUST COME THROUGH FROM CLUB SECRETARY
BY EMAIL ON TUESDAY BEFORE FIXTURES AT THE LATEST

The preferred squad size is 16 but 18 is allowed as there are 18 names available on match cards
Teams can use 5 from 5 (16) or 5 from 7 (18) roll on roll off substitutions as last season
In time all competitive squads will be limited to 16
Girls can play a year down on boys teams from U13 – U16 inclusive i.e. a 17 year old girl can play on U16 boys team


The FAI has instructed that clubs are not permitted to post coaching league results on any website, social media platform or newspaper.
